From the time of pick up by a Calf Depot transportation handling specialists, our team of highly trained Holstein calf specialists nurture each calf with complete nutrition, daily hygiene and total healthcare management. The tailored daily care regimen is designed and calibrated to optimize the next phase of production -- whether milk fed veal or dairy beef -- to make your production process as efficient, profitable and hastle-free as possible.

Colostrum & Health Traceability
On arrival to our modern facility, every calf is weighed and blood samples are taken to assess hemoglobin status, colostrum intake, and calf health.
Country of Origin Labeling
Every calf is compliant with Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) regulations. Every calf is provided with a unique radio frequency identification ear tag which corresponds to farm of origin.
Only The Best Calves Are Sold
Only the best young calves are sold to calf growers. Any calves that do not meet our strict requirements for weight, colostrum status, future productivity or health are not shipped to buyers and are typically used by the Nouriche Nutrition - Solutions Discovery Farm, for research purposes.
